To enter your tracking number: sign in, go to your shop's dashboard and click "track me".
All sales require a tracking number to be input into our tracking system, accessible from a user's dashboard. Sales WITHOUT a tracking number will be held until the buyer confirms receipt of the item.
For domestic sales: If the buyer does not issue a claim within 5 business days after the tracking number has been entered, Kuttlefish will release the funds.
For international sales: If the buyer does not issue a claim within 10 business days after the tracking number has been entered, Kuttlefish will release the funds.
For sellers with US bank accounts:
Kuttlefish offers two options to receive this payment, either via PayPal or Direct Deposit. PayPal payments are free. Direct Deposit payments incur a $1 transaction fee charged by the bank. This fee will be deducted from the amount owed to the seller prior to the transfer.
For sellers without a US bank account:
Kuttlefish only offers the PayPal option to receive payment. In addition to normal fees, PayPal also charges a variable "international" fee for international transfers (between 0-2%). This fee will be deducted from the amount owed to the seller prior to the transfer.
