Description
Made to Order! Pick your colours!

Pick between the lace shown in the photos, then pick any colour for the fabric part, and almost any colour for the leather.

This beautiful bustle belt will be made out of upcycled leather (sourced from the scrap bin of my local leather warehouse), upcycled fabric sourced from other sewing projects in my studio, and lace.

The bustle can be adjusted with two buckles. I will need your hip and and waist measurements to make the size perfect for you.

This bustle is great indoor or outdoor high quality piece. It can be worn on it's own or over shirts and dresses.

This item will be made by hand in Montreal by me (Kendall).

I stand behind the quality of my work, but if there's a problem I would rather repair or replace a thing than give up on a design. Either way, if there's a problem please contact me so we can come up with the best possible solution together.

Everything that comes from my shop was made solely by me, Kendall, and with all the care, vision, and integrity you expect from an independent designer.
For me raving or any kind of dancing, such as attending a festival, goes hand in hand with the costume pieces that I create. It's not enough to look good, you have to be able to dance for 8 hours and still be comfortable.
For me, upcycling is a way of life. Since I grew up poor with a hippy Mom I learned to upcycle material as I learned to sew. I'm especially good at coming up with designs that can use up my scraps. I've become a bit of a recycling plant for my designer friends who don't want to throw their scraps away but also don't want to use them. It makes me very happy to help reduce the local fashion waist in my own small way.
