I cant tell you how much I love this door! If I had a place for this door in my home it would already be there.
I have uncovered, discovered, and reclaimed many interesting things and this door is one of the best.
This door was removed from an old 1800's chicken coop in Saquoit NY, home of Asa Grey , the most influential botonist of the 19th century. Pictures and video of the chicken coop can be viewed on facebook @ The Reclamation Co-operative.
When I removed this door I left the hinges still attached to the support board. This can be removed by myself or you or can be left as-is for easy mounting. There are four hinges on this door and all are aged but remain fully functional .
Measurements are 62 1/2 inches tall by 37 1/2 inches wide by 1 inch thick.
If you would like more pictures please feel free to contact me and i will do my best to forward them.
This barn door was built like a saloon style door where the top and bottom open independently or as one"
