I create this upcycled art bracelet by forging the tines of a vintage silver plated salad fork into a jester hat design, and shaping the length of the fork into a rounded cuff band.
The silver bracelet will arrive packaged in an attractive jewelry gift pouch, making a convenient, unique and presentable handmade gift.
I design the bracelet for easy and stylish wear, with the fork tine sculptural element centered atop the wrist. I carefully forge and finish the bracelet to include no sharp points, so that it won't damage your skin or clothing.
The bracelet fits most wrists, from size 5 to 7.
I forge each individual piece when the customer purchases it. Please note that each bracelet is unique and handcrafted, so small details of the sculptural tine element will vary from piece to piece. The exact vintage silverware used also varies from order to order. I rigorously source my silverware to obtain the most beautiful vintage and antique materials at the best possible prices available in a given month or week, so my silverware inventory varies according to market findings.
HOW TO WEAR:
The silver cuff bracelet opens on the side, instead of at the bottom like most other cuff bracelets. To put it on, bend the bracelet open wide enough to slide wrist through comfortably, squeeze to close. Bending won't hurt the bracelet as long as it's not bent to extremes repeatedly.
ORDERING & SHIPPING:
I custom forge the bracelets following each purchase. Within 3 days of purchase, I will create your bracelet and deliver it to the US Postal Service for shipping.
